Customer Service / Office Administration
Handle customer inquiries via phone or email – inside sales
Quote and process orders for customers
Data entry, invoicing and filing
Prepare and schedule small courier shipments
Handle accounts receivable, preparing deposits and follow up with overdue accounts
Manage shredding department with order entry, scheduling drivers, and invoicing
Handle incoming sensitive storage, recording data and shelving boxes
Retrieve files and boxes as required, delivery if necessary
Manage social media, updates, blog postings and creating newsletters
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum 3 years practical office experience
Proficiently in customer service skills both verbal and written
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willing to learn various customized software
Accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to lift 35lbs or 16kg
Valid drivers license with clean abstract
Able to pass a background check; maintain confidential and sensitive information
Available to work 30-40 hours per week
Post-secondary education preferred
